This isn’t just some random private label product. We work with one of the best sauce makers we know in New York to bring you the best jarred version of our family’s Tomato Basil sauce that we can. We use quality ingredients and plum tomatoes from the USA, as local tomatoes are always the best tomatoes no matter where you are! Our sauce doesn’t have that bitter or artificial taste like others that come out of a jar. It’s an art practiced for generations, one which we learned from our parents, our family in Puglia and our nonna, Anna, in Roma. Our sauce maker, from the Hudson Valley, makes small batches for us every few months, in an FDA registered facility, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It may not be nonna’s fresh tomato sauce, but it’s still pretty damn good!
