Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within a few days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at help@ziosavino.com with your name and order number.

We may delay your shipment in times of extreme weather in order to protect the quality of the oil

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns as we cannot control the storage environment after shipping the product. 

Please note dents to metal tins are a possible occurrence any time they travel. We do not accept returns for this as it is a cosmetic issue and is completely normal. The oil is fine and that's the most important thing!

All gift card sales are final.
